Seb assists in general dispute resolution and litigation, and also advises a broad range of clients – including publishers, record labels, and individual artists – on intellectual property protection and other legal issues. He also provides pro bono advice, including through the Arts Law Centre of Australia.
Seb previously worked in the intellectual property team of a national law firm. In that role, he assisted with litigation in a range of courts and tribunals, and advised clients in the tech, health and creative industries on IP rights and regulatory compliance. Prior to that role, he was the associate to a judge of the Federal Court of Australia, and has also worked as a writer, editor and community radio presenter.
Seb holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English) from the University of Adelaide.
